The Service Guard Heating Plan

Service Air's Service Guard Heating Plan protects your heating system investment and includes:

• Check and adjust thermostat.
• Check and filter and blower wheel.
• Check and clean burners.
• Check and adjust main gas valve.
• Check and adjust temperature rise.
• Replace air filter (filter by owner).
• Clean flame sensor.
• Check heat exchanger for carbon monoxide.
  

The Service Guard Cooling Plan

Service Air's Service Guard Heating Plan protects your cooling system investment and includes:

• Check and clean condenser coil.
• Check and clean condensate drain line.
• Check and adjust thermostat.
• Check refrigerant level.
• Replace air filter (filter by owner).
• Adjust any moving parts.
• Check operation of the complete system.
